Each hammock is built with a sturdy frame and paired with a handmade fabric cover crafted by the same artisans behind our PawPal Beds. As such, there will be subtle variations in the fabric’s texture or stitching that make every cover uniquely yours.

Some covers may feel tighter to put on. Our assembly video shows the easiest way to install snug covers.

To keep your PawPal Window Hammock looking its best, follow these simple care guidelines:

• Some covers may fit tight, see our assembly guide
• Rotate the reversible cover occasionally for even wear
• Use a lint roller or fabric brush for quick clean-ups
• Vacuum using a brush attachment

Maintenance Tips

• The fabric is scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof — monitor excessive clawing
• For added durability, a gentle, non-toxic/pet-safe fabric protector spray may be used
• Do not overload; the hammock supports up to 10 kg
• For storage, dismantle the hammock and keep it stored in its original box

Cleaning:

• Use a lint roller regularly to minimise accumulation of fur and dirt
• Vacuum using a brush attachment
• Remove the fabric cover to machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water only
• Do not use a dryer or drying cycle, hang flat to air dry

FAQs

Is the cover washable?
Yes! Simply unzip, remove the cover, and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not put in a dryer or use the drying cycle on your washer/dryer.

How much weight can it hold?
Up to 10 kg when properly installed on clean, smooth glass. Wet the suction cups slightly before applying for a stronger hold.

Will the hammock obstruct my curtains or blinds?
Not at all, simply fold the hammock base upward to easily close your blinds or curtains.

Is any drilling required?
Nope! No drilling, no damage. Just screw the suction cups onto the supports and press them onto your window.
