Rotation: Rotate the mattress periodically to ensure even wear and maintain its shape.

Pet Hair Removal:

Vacuuming: Regularly vacuum the pet bed to remove pet hair. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.

Lint Roller or Fabric Brush: Use a lint roller or fabric brush to gently lift and remove pet hair from the surface.

Maintenance Tips:

Scratch-Resistance: Our beds are scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof — excessive clawing may cause damage over time. To prolong the bed’s life, monitor scratching and keep sharp objects away.

Protective Spray: Consider using a fabric protector spray to enhance durability and resistance to stains.

Avoid Overloading: Do not overload the bed with excessive weight to maintain its structure.

Storage: If not in use, store the bed in a cool, dry place to prevent mold and mildew.

How do I clean my pet bed?

Mattress:

• Machine washable with the cover on. Use cold water and a gentle cycle.
• Cover can also be removed to wash separately.
• Air dry only. Do not put in a dryer/drying cycle or use high heat.

Bed Frame:

• For small stains or messes, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Not machine washable — the fabric on the frame is non-removable, and the bed frame is not designed to be soaked; this may damage the internal wooden structure.

For Leather Loft beds, cleaning stains anywhere on the bed is as simple as wiping with a wet wipe or damp cloth!

How do I avoid fading or discoloration?

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the pet bed out of direct sunlight to prevent UV damage to the fabric.
• Use Mild Detergents: Use mild, color-safe detergents when spot cleaning the pet beds.

My pet is not using its new pet bed. What should I do?

• Introduce Gradually: Place the bed in a familiar spot where your pet likes to rest. Give them time to explore it at their own pace.
• Make It Inviting: Add a blanket, toy, or an item that carries their scent to help them feel more comfortable.
• Use Positive Reinforcement: Encourage your pet to use the bed with treats or praise when they approach or lie on it.
