Returns Policy
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, allowing you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
- Not soiled or damaged
- In its original packaging with tags intact
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Please retain all tags and packaging until you decide to keep the item, as these are required for processing your return.
Exclusions
Our return policy does not cover the following items:
- Sale items (items purchased at discounted prices)
- Purchases made through third-party vendors, including physical stores, offline pop-up stores, and events
- International Sales (purchases made outside of Singapore)
These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions specified in our return policy.
Return Process
We cannot accept returns beyond the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@pawpal.com.sg.
